About Me

With 30 years of experience in computer repair, maintenance, and technical support, I have built my business on a passion for helping people and solving technology problems. What started as a small project helping friends and family has grown into a trusted business serving individuals and businesses alike.

I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Carleton University in 2005 and hold an A+ certification in computer hardware. Throughout my career, I have gained valuable experience working in manufacturing and with Dell, where I was recognized with awards for being a top-performing employee. I also had the opportunity to train and support co-workers, helping them develop stronger technical skills.

My passion has always been to get your computer working properly and minimize the frustration and downtime that technical problems can cause. Today, I work with a dedicated team that continually looks for ways to improve our service and processing times so that customers can get back to work as quickly as possible.

After 30 years in the business, one of the things I value most is that this business has become a family effort. My children are now involved and helping with the business, bringing their own skills, ideas, and energy as we continue to grow. It has been rewarding to see something that started as a small project become something that the next generation can be a part of.

Outside of computers, I enjoy photography, which has been a passion of mine for many years. One of the benefits of owning my own business is the flexibility it provides, allowing me to serve my customers while also making time for my family.

For me, this business has always been about more than fixing computers. It is about helping people, building relationships, providing dependable service, and finding solutions that work for each customer’s needs.
